Q: What do you do with all these books?
A: We sell about 10% of books we receive online. We also love to donate, especially children’s books to schools and day cares. If you are interested in receiving books, please contact us here. We also recycle books, especially those that are obsolete or in poor condition.
Q: What do you not accept?
A: Foreign Books – Please only English books and media. Please no dictionaries or encyclopedias. No books that are damaged or unreadable. No VHS tapes and various blank media.
Q: Where do you pick up? How many books can I donate?
A: We pick up in OC, CA. We have limited storage so we usually cannot take huge collections, but let us know what you have and we will try to accommodate if possible.
Q: Can I drop off books?
A: Yes. We work from home in Garden Grove. Just give us a heads up text 714-235-2773
Q: Can you provide me with a receipt?
A: No. We are not setup as a registered non-profit so we are unable to provide tax deduction receipts.
Q: Why should I donate to book-donations.com?
A: Every book is ispected and sorted. We work hard so that books that come to us do not end up in the landfill.
